Elsy Fits sells gym and home fitness instruments, plus an $80 coaching hour, on a monthly club. The shop is for people who keep buying gear instead of using it.

Every instrument is chosen because it folds, hangs, or lives in a closet. The hour is for writing the next four weeks around the space you have, not a gym you do not go to.
